I bought during Christmas support Cotton
To wear below tights for ballet classes and ballet shoes.
The customer service representative allowed me to wear the cotton support in store above my underwear and try different ones.
When I came home seems the cotton support were too big and I went back to exchange them in Sydney York st store a day after I bought.
The manager refused by saying it’s an hygiene policy.
So first the customer representative did not tell me I can’t exchange them because of hygiene policy.
Second they did allow me to

I even suggested to the manager I am happy to buy an extra ballet shoes if he is happy to exchange the cotton support and he still refused.
Friendly and helpful staff who are customer orientated and know their products! Lovely branch with a wide variety of dance apparels and dance shoes. They do carry a range fr ballet to jazz to dancesport.
I go to Bloch Sydney every year to buy my ballet shoes. Bought a couple of pairs during black friday. They didn’t fit. Went to the sydney store to exchange them. Realised I ordered a different model, which is the same price as the one I ordered and they were also discounted. They didn’t allow for an exchange and made me pay the full price.
In store service wasn't bad!! However, imagine my disappointment two days later when the very pricey dance shoes I'd purchased then went on sale. I immediately reached out to customer service, since most brands have a 30 day price guarantee where they refund the difference when items go on sale. I then had to follow up Bloch online for 2 months before I was told they were unable to offer me a refund. This is a ridiculous concept to me, given that I simply could have taken my unworn fully price dance shoes in store, gotten a refund then repurchased them for over 20% off. This would have been possible but I'm disabled and live over 20km away, not that it should matter! :(
Super helpful staff, particularly a lady named Ashleigh. I am a professional ballet dancer and have never worn Bloch before so being in Australia I was keen for a fitting. She was very friendly, helpful and professional. She made sure I had the absolute best fit possible and asked many questions regarding how I felt in the shoes. Then let's just mention the stunning variety of leotards. This store is an experience on its own, well worth visiting 👍👏

I enjoy buying from this store location the most because all the staff are very helpful, nice and friendly. It doesn't feel awkward to browse around and ask for advice. Although I just wish that they have more kids' sizes and options, most of their stuff here are for teens and adults.
I went for my first pointe shoe fitting here. My fitter was very friendly and professional, and I got to try at least 8 pairs of pointe shoes in 5 different styles before deciding on one. The fitting place was also very comfy with a big couch and barre.
